Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, all group health plan and health insurance issuers offering group health coverage must provide their subscribers with an accurate summary of benefits and coverage.

Below are the 2013 Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) for the health plans offered through PEBA Insurance Benefits.
